By accessing or using ChaosKey ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChaosKey is an interactive platform that allows Twitch viewers to engage with streamers through:

• Text-to-Speech (TTS) messages
• Sound effects and audio clips
• Chat commands and interactions
• Twitch Bits transactions via our Extension

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must authenticate with your Twitch account to use ChaosKey. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Payments and Transactions

4.1 Twitch Bits

ChaosKey uses Twitch Bits for all viewer transactions through our Twitch Extension. All Bits transactions are subject to Twitch's Terms of Service and refund policies. ChaosKey does not process payments directly.

4.2 Revenue

Streamer revenue from Bits transactions is managed entirely by Twitch according to their policies.

5. Content and Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Content

You may not use ChaosKey to transmit content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or threatening
• Harassing, abusive, or discriminatory
• Sexually explicit or pornographic
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Spam or malicious in nature

5.2 Content Moderation

We employ profanity filters and content moderation. Streamers have control over what content appears on their streams.

6. Streamer Responsibilities

As a streamer using ChaosKey, you agree to:

• Comply with Twitch Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Moderate content appropriately for your audience
• Report any technical issues or abuse

7. Intellectual Property

ChaosKey and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChaosKey and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Limitation of Liability

ChaosKey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
